6. Healthcare Compliance

If you are a healthcare provider using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own HIPAA compliance
  • We will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request
  • Our AI tools are for informational purposes and do not replace professional medical judgment
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of content on your website
  • Patient communications through our services must comply with applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AI Scan Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI SCAN SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Scan Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
