Licensed chiropractor since 1995 and graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Mayfield brings over 31 years of hands-on clinical experience. He built and operated an 8-facility healthcare network that includes physical therapy and MRI centers — giving him a ground-level view of every administrative and clinical bottleneck that practices face. Before entering healthcare, he served as a police officer in Radcliff, KY for 6.5 years. That combination of frontline emergency response and three decades of clinical practice is the foundation of AI Scan Solutions' mission.
Justin Mayfield
Owner, Founder & CTO
Full-stack engineer and AI architect who designed and built the entire AI Scan Solutions platform from the ground up — the AI receptionist, medical scribe engine, patient chat system, website builder, and backend infrastructure. Growing up in a healthcare family gave him a rare perspective on what practices actually need. He doesn't just build software for healthcare; he builds software that fits how practices work.

AI Scan Solutions started from that frustration. Dr. Gregory Mayfield, with over 31 years in clinical practice, and Justin Mayfield, a full-stack AI engineer who grew up in that same practice environment, built the platform they always wished existed: one that handles the phones, writes the notes, builds the website, and keeps the schedule full — without requiring a practice to hire a separate vendor for each piece.
Dr. Kyle Mayfield ensures the product roadmap stays grounded in real clinical workflows, working directly with practices to surface the friction points that outside technologists routinely miss.
