AI Scan Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides SMS text messaging services to healthcare practices and their patients through our MedSite Pro platform and AI Receptionist service. When you book an appointment or interact with a practice powered by our platform, you may receive text messages related to your care.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment Confirmations — Confirmation of your booked appointment with date, time, and location
- Appointment Reminders — Reminders sent 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Cancellation & Reschedule Notices — Updates when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled
- Payment Receipts — Confirmation of payments processed for services or products
- Intake Form Links — Links to complete required intake forms before your appointment
- Review Requests — Post-visit requests to share feedback about your experience
- Two-Way Messaging — Direct communication with the practice staff when initiated by the patient
How You Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during the online booking process, you expressly consent to receive the text messages described above from the healthcare practice you are booking with, sent via AI Scan Solutions LLC’s platform. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and interactions with the practice. Typically, you will receive 2–5 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminders, follow-up). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AI Scan Solutions LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us directly to request removal from SMS communications.
